SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping rate is calculated by weight, by region.
Shipment usually takes 1-2 days preparation, 2-4 days expected to be arrived for West Malaysia region, and for East Malaysia, it may take up up to 5-6 business day and Singapore is about 8-10 days. However, the above mentioned is only an ETA, actual arriving still depends on the courier service company.
Should you required extra attention to your shipment, please specify at NOTE when check out or simply contact us.
Return & Exchange Policy
Goods sent out are not returnable. However, if the goods is damaged during the delivery or damaged at our end, please contact us and we shall work out the solution for you.
