Use it as Hair Tonic after hair wash / 用作洗发后的护发油

Everytime after shampoo your hair, just take a few drops of Rosemary Coconut Oil onto you finger and massage your scalp and appy some to your hair.

每次洗发后，只要把几滴迷迭香椰子油到你的手指上，按摩你的头皮和你的头发。

Use it as Hair Treatment Oil   / 用作为头发，头皮护理油

Apply the oil to your hair and scalp and massage your scalp for 1 minutes, cover with shower cap or towel for 1/2 hour to 1 hours before shampooing your hair.  Do hair treatment once a week or for better result, twice a week.

将油涂抹在头发和头皮上，按摩头皮1分钟，用浴帽或毛巾盖上1~2小时至1小时，然后洗头。 每周做一次头发治疗，或者为了更好的结果，每周做两次。
